Denis co-leads McKinsey’s corporate banking work in Europe. He works with both incumbent financial institutions and attackers globally on strategy, growth transformations, and business building. Denis has been involved in several McKinsey publications on corporate and investment banking, as well as digital and AI trends in banking. He is the orchestrator of several industry roundtables for German and European banks that regularly convene the senior leadership of leading banks in the region. Before joining McKinsey, Denis worked at Bank of America and Nomura in Institutional Sales in London. He holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
