Johanna Lottmann is a Partner and European Head of PJT Park Hill’s Private Capital Solutions (PCS) Group, based in London. In her role, Johanna has advised financial sponsors on some of the most innovative GP-led secondary transactions and structured liquidity solutions (SLS) in Europe, plus advised many of the largest limited partners globally on the sale of LP fund interests. Prior to joining PJT Park Hill in 2020, Johanna was with Lazard in London, most recently leading their secondary advisory activities for Europe.
