Kai Tschöke is Head of Rothschild & Co, Germany and Co-Head of Global Advisory Germany and Austria. For more than three decades Kai has advised numerous German and international clients on a wide range of M&A, equity and debt transactions. Kai joined Rothschild & Co in 2014. From 1993 to 2013 he worked for Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt, for the last years as head of M&A for Germany/Austria and a member of the management board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG.
