Thomas Rapp is the Head of the EMEA Fund Finance Group within the Corporate & Investment Bank’s Financial Institutions vertical. Before joining Wells Fargo in 2012, Thomas worked at WestLB for 18 years, across London building out the Fund Finance team, New York acting as the Senior Credit officer for WestLB’s Leveraged Finance and Media/Entertainment group, as well as Germany where he held various positions. Thomas holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Kiel (Germany).
